Process FAQ

What to expect.

How long does it take?
Typically 1–2 weeks for Entry, 2–4 for Pro, and 4–12 for All-Star — depending on how many data sources are involved and how clean they are. We confirm a timeline in your proposal before any work starts.
What do you need from me?
A discovery call to map your sources, access (or exports) for those sources, and a round of feedback during the mockup and review phases. We handle the rest.
What if my data has no API?
Often we can still work from CSV or statement exports on a schedule. If a source is fully locked, we'll tell you straight and scope it as manual entry or recommend an alternative — all confirmed on the discovery call.
What happens after launch?
We host, monitor, and maintain it — fixing upstream API changes automatically and iterating on the cadence your tier includes. The monthly fee is what keeps your HQ live and accurate.
